Our life is a “movie” that has drama, comedy, action, tragedies and endless challenges, difficulties and opportunities. At the age of 50+ and after living this “movie”, I realized that I had a very strong influence on the script, on meeting my challenges and building my personal happiness.
The opening conditions were not easy, from looking for love from a father with painful disappointments time after time, continuing with a dependent and displeased mother who created on me guilt feeling and perception that her life and happiness depended on me and the inevitable result of “escaping” from home at an early age (17).
I became a mother at a young age, went through a traumatic divorce at the age of 35 and I raised my children almost alone. I I dealt alone with the children’s education, economic building, changing places of residence, and even managed to quit smoking on my own.
In this process I realized that I had internal strengths and practical tools that helped me overcome difficult situations, embrace and exploit opportunities, focus on myself and my happiness, build a new relationship and succeed financially.
My personal experience, combined with the understanding that I also have the ability to help others find their strengths, has led me to engage in coaching for a better life.
